Fish Fillet with Tartar Sauce
11 March 2011
My husband and I attended a wedding reception recently and we tasted this very delicious Fish Fillet. I researched the how-to's and here it goes:
1. To make the fish fillet, deep them first in cornstarch, then in eggs and roll in bread crumbs. Make sure the whole fillet is breaded.
2. Deep-fry in heated oil until golden brown.
3. To make the sauce, just mix all the ingredients.
Dinner is served.
