Fried Tilapia with Sauce

Ingredients:


1 Whole Tilapia fish, deep fried
Sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsp grated ginger
2 small green onion, minced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/2 cup water

Steps:
1. Deep fry tilapia until golden brown.
2. For the sauce, heat sesame oil in a small saucepan.
3. Add the garlic, ginger, green bell pepper and cook for a minute.
4. Add soy sauce, kikkoman soy sauce, lemon juice, water and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Coat the fried tilapia with the sauce and serve in banana leaves.


Dinner is served.
