Chopseuy de Leche

Ingredients:

Vegetables – broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, string beans, sayote, cabbage
2 tbsp sesame oil
Onions and garlic, minced
1 cup water
¼ cup evap milk
Salt and pepper

Steps:
1. Saute garlic and onions on sesame oil.
2. Add all the vegetables at once.
3. Add the water, salt and pepper. Wait until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add the milk and wait to simmer. 

Dinner is served.
