Chicken Cordon Bleu

What you will need for the chicken cordon bleu:

Chicken breast, thin sliced
Sweet ham
Cheese
Bread Crumbs
Eggs (with pinch of salt)
Flour

What you will need for the creamy sauce:

2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup grated cheese

How to do it:

1. Place sweet ham and cheese on top of chicken breast, roll and secure with toothpicks on both ends.
2. Deep it in flour, then in eggs, and in bread crumbs. Make sure it is finely breaded.
3. Deep fry it until golden brown. Remove toothpicks.
4. Cut one roll into several circles and serve.
5. To make the sauce, heat butter, add the milk and wait to boil. Add the flour and grated cheese and stir until thick.

Dinner is served.
